Executive Summary
The campaign to establish secure and durable learning environments in rural Niger State has officially launched and successfully secured its first supporter. The project is currently in the early fundraising phase, with a three-month window to reach its target goal.
Funding Status
Total Goal: $20,000
Funds Raised: $20
Remaining Goal: $19,980
Total Donors: 1
Monthly Donors: 0
Timeline: 3 months remaining
Current Operational Status
Because the campaign is in its earliest stages, physical implementation has not yet begun. The primary focus right now is community outreach and securing the necessary capital.
Once funding milestones are met, the project will move into the execution phase, which includes:
Constructing and rehabilitating classrooms (roofing and ventilation).
Building sustainable sanitation facilities.
Procuring and delivering desks and chalkboards.
Initiating training programs for teachers and administrators on maintaining safe, inclusive environments.
Looking Ahead
The immediate priority is to increase campaign visibility and attract more individual and monthly donors to close the $19,980 funding gap. Successfully funding this project will eventually provide 500 children annually with safe, dignified classrooms, reducing dropout rates and boosting educational attainment in the region.
