Dear Friends,
This report covers the period from December 05, 2025, to March 19, 2025 and is our twenty second report on the project of Safeguarding Frogs and Birds in Masuria, Poland.
On behalf of Stowarzyszenie Masurian Lakes Legacy, I would like to thank you for your extraordinary generosity. Your recent gifts will make a significant impact on our educational work with local children from the Masuria region. Your support helps us turn ambitious goals into reality. We would be honored to give you a behind-the-scenes look at the progress of this project.
Since our last project report which was written at the beginning of December our activity in the park was not as in the other months of the year.
Winter in Masuria is the coldest, most invigorating season, typically lasting from December to March. Days grow shorter and temperatures drop, covering many areas in snow and fog. Despite the harsh conditions, winter brings some cozy moments such as gathering around a bone fire after a brisky walk.
We have organized a few winter walks just to enjoy the landscape, and stilness of the place.
Regards,
Grazyna Polkowska
