'Everyone should be able to sail', our moto, with thus low accessibility. But the latter is unfortunately difficult or not attainable for some of our less-fortunate members, to participate in all events, especially transportation for it, nor participation in competitions, etcetera.. Pursuing equality among members is a goal te be striven for.
In order to handle the problem structurally an internal fund has been created with the objective of raising funds in order to implement a provisional strategy for the next years.
Reserving and deposit a percentage of revenues in the following operating years to that internal fund. A total of 1000 $ is needed to provide that support each operating year. A fund of 3000 $ (3 x 1000 $) gives the opportunity to develop a strategy for it.
Because, unfortunately, poverty or social deprivation will not disappear from society, on the contrary. Such a fund is needed to balance the budget.
