FARMERS -HERDERS CRISES HAS CONTINUED TO RAVAGE FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES IN PLATEAU STATE. AFFECTED VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILIES WHOSE HOUSES WERE BURNT AND RELATIONS KILLED ARE CURRENTLY CAMPED IN A KONBUM , BASSA DISTRICTS IN PLATEAU STATE. AGAPE GLOBAL LIFE CARE FOUNDATION THROUGH SAVE THE FAMILY PROJECTS IDENTIFIES HELPLESS AND HOMELESS FAMILIES AND PROVIDE THEM WITH NEW HOME AND START NEW BUSINESS FOR FAMILY MEMBER IN ORDER TO SUSTAIN THEM

Challenge

The clash between Farmers and Herders in Plateau state is rising. The number of displaced persons and families is on the increase. Provision of relief materials without efforts to relocate , rebuild and reestablish them , will remain a challenge.

Solution

Distributing food items , Skill acquisition , Empowerment of displaced persons and families will solve the problem of hunger, and shelter will reduce frustration and idleness in the society

Long-Term Impact

Providing food and shelter to displaced persons will lead to a psychological and physical relief for victims . The skill acquisition, training and empowerment will enable a long-lasting solutions
