Santiago, diagnosed with blindness due to eye cancer. Today, he can see, play, learn and have fun.
Thanks to you we are saving the lives of children with eye cancer sparing the removal of one or both eyes, blindness or death.
The Children Hospital San Vicente Foundation team received the children with eye cancer with loving hands and due to the scientific expertise of being pioneers and thanks to the intra-arterial chemotherapy available in Colombia, the Eye Care Cancer Program has attended since 2011 up-to-date a total of 43 children accomplishing eye saving rates of more than 90 % preventing their blindness and saving them from death.
