Maria, she's five years old and she loves to do activities that require some physical effort. She's an active girl, she likes to swim, run and climb, nevertheless and although physically she looks healthy, after 4 months after birth, her parents began to notice a deviation on her left eye, so that they had to search for medical help through which they detected a tumour with a size of 50% of her eye. At the present time, Camila benefits from the program "Niños con cáncer ocular" (Children with Eye Cancer) whose treatment, arterial ophthalmic chemotherapy, has allowed her to enjoy her childhood and avoid losing her eye.
