The looks of gratitude that we see in the eyes of the families whose children we are saving, thanks to your donations, are priceless. You are the true heroes for these underprivileged people in northern Syria.
In moments of despair and pain, a little boy named Faisal was born, in a heartbreaking moment for his parents, as they discovered that he was suffering from acute respiratory distress syndrome. All of this was a real threat to the life of this innocent little boy.
That defining moment required urgent intervention from SEMA's doctors, as Faisal was placed on a ventilator. The sounds of medical equipment made his parents extremely worried that they might lose their child at any moment, but there was always hope.
Thanks to your donations, the doctors began administering treatment to the child, and we met with his mother to alleviate some of her suffering and sadness. At this point, Faisal’s mother broke down in tears. That moment was a true expression of her deep feelings and overwhelming concern for her son’s life.
After several days, the child began to improve, and the looks of gratitude that sparkled in his mother's eyes were unlike any language in the world. It is the language of love, motherhood, and deep gratitude to you and your donations that contributed to saving Faisal’s life.
