Dear Supporter,
A few days ago, baby Raed arrived at one of SEMA's hospitals in Syria, only 20 days old, struggling for life with a faint whimper. He was suffering from respiratory distress, fever, and difficulty feeding. His tiny heart cried out for survival while his parents watched helplessly, their eyes filled with fear, clinging to a fragile thread of hope… And you were that hope!
Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to admit him to the neonatal unit, where he received all the necessary tests, imaging, and treatment. You were the reason he got the care he needed. You were the warmth that embraced him in his illness. You were the helping hand that pulled him from the grip of pain.
And today… we bring you the good news: Raed's condition has improved! His oxygen levels are now stable, his fever is gone, and his tiny eyes shine brighter than ever. None of this would have been possible without your donations.
You helped save Raed’s life! Imagine—this baby, who was once struggling for every breath, now sleeps peacefully. But many other children are still waiting, suffering in silence, hoping for someone like you to give them a chance at life.
With heartfelt gratitude,
