Every day, we face a new challenge to save the life of a newborn in northern Syria, and we embrace this challenge.
Thanks to God and your generous support, there are dozens of newborns who owe their lives to you every day, like our little Muhammad, born prematurely with severe sepsis.
Your support enabled us to save Muhammad’s life by providing respiratory support and antibiotic treatment. Despite his condition deteriorating for a while after receiving treatment, we continued regardless of the outcomes. Thankfully, he started to improve gradually and is now being breastfed by his mother. However, he remains under observation and monitoring in the intensive care unit until his treatment is completed.
We always thank you for your boundless humanitarian compassion and urge you to continue your support and generosity in this ongoing humanitarian journey.
