Just days ago, a tiny newborn arrived at one of SEMA’s hospitals in northern Syria. Before his parents could even choose a name for him, their joy turned to fear as he struggled to breathe and feed. Doctors acted immediately, placing him on oxygen, but his fragile body needed more. He was rushed to the neonatal unit, where your compassion became his lifeline.
Because of your generosity, this little soul is receiving the continuous care he desperately needs. With your help, doctors conducted vital tests and imaging, providing treatment that is gradually restoring his strength. By the grace of God—and your support—he is now showing signs of improvement. Yet, he still clings to oxygen, inching closer each day to the moment he can safely return to his mother’s arms.
But he is not alone. Dozens of newborns face similar struggles every day, waiting for someone like you to extend a helping hand. Your donations turn despair into hope, fear into relief, and fragile lives into stories of survival.
