We have been getting your valuable generous support through GlobalGiving and we are thankful to you from the core of our heart.
The species of little innocent bird sparrow in our surrounding is on the edge of extinction. Sparrow is considered friend of human beigns which settle in the courtyard of our homes, but deforestation and construction of buildings snatched its natural habitate. The number of sparrow is very low in some places that it has been declares as an extinct species.
Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, with the support of GlobalGiving Foundation, organized a program for the conservation of sparrow, under which eco-friendly nests were installed in villages Bhanwta, Nathuthala and Gurjaron ki Dhani. Nests were also installed at "Pathshala" school managed by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan. Our activists selected shadowy area to install the nests so that it should be feasible for sparrow to make its habitate. Installing nests at shadowy areas showed its effect and soon sparrow make the most of the nests its habitate. The girl child students of "Pathshala" are so excited to see sparrow in the school campus and classrooms.
We also made the child students of "Pathshala" aware of the conservation of sparrow. The melodious voice of sparrow mesmerizes the little ones. They took oath to manage its food whether it is summer and winter. As a result of the continous efforts of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, increase in the number of sparrow has been noticed and the passer-by also listens the melodious voice of sparrow. The teacher of "pathshala" informed us about the increase in the number of sparrow which she observed while taking morning walk when she heared melodious voice of sparrow.
Seeing the nests installed by Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan, passer-by get inspired and many of the passer-by built nests on their own and installed them which sparrow made its habitate. The localites appreciate the initiative of Rajasthan Samgrah Kalyan Sansthan and also thank GlobalGiving Foundation.
