Dear Friends,
This is just a quick update to let you know the exciting news that we received our first critically endangered leatherback nest today. A turtle egg poacher contacted us this afternoon to let us know that he had collected the nest that was laid shortly before he walked on the beach. It has been delivered to our local partner Bongo Experience's nursery in eastern El Salvador.
We also would like to share that starting November 28th (Eastern Time), GlobalGiving will be partially matching all donations. This generous support from GlobalGiving can help amplify the impact of your donation. In recognition of #TurtleTuesday and #GivingTuesday, will you help us provide nesting sea turtles with the maximum amount of protection?
Please consider donating this giving tuesday.
Thank you, sincerely,
Sarah Otterstrom
Executive Director
