Can we count on you to be a hero?

Did you know that on November 29th - #GivingTuesday - Global Giving will be matching all donations by 50%?

On that same day, we will be kicking off our annual Year End Fundraising Challenge. This year, our goal is to raise $50,000 by the end of the year to implement and expand our innovative ECP training programs to save lives in the Ugandan communities where we work. That means we need to raise $100 from 500 supporters.

Can we count on you to be a hero this holiday season?

We wouldn't be where we are today without the support of volunteeers and donors, like you. Thank you for supporting GECC! Because of your support, our impact grew tremendously in 2016 with the implementation of a second ECP training program and regional hub at Masaka Hospital. ECPs at Nyakibale and Masaka treated over 20,000 patients this year. Ultimately, we will be training 15 ECPs per year at Masaka and each ECP is expected to treat 40,000 patients in his or her career. Many ECPs trained at Masaka will return to their local hospitals to train ECPs, greatly increasing the accessibility of quality emergency care.

Staring at 12am ET on Nov. 29th / 9pm PT on Nov. 28th, Global Giving will be matching every donation up to $1,000 by 50%. We hope we can count on you to be a hero this holiday season and save lives in the Ugandan communities where we work.

Thank you!

Warm regards,
Tom Neill
