Dear Friends,
A few years ago, you stood with us to provide life-changing nutrition for children at Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. Your generosity ensured that hundreds of indigenous children received the daily meals they needed to grow, learn, and thrive.
Today, we have some exciting news to share.
After 20 years of work as the GVI Charitable Trust (now Action Change), we have officially returned to the beautiful Guatemala. We are dusting off our boots, reconnecting with local partners, and launching brand-new programs to support the communities we love.
The Mission is New, but the Need is the Same. We are starting work in new communities where the challenges remain stark. In rural Guatemala, chronic malnutrition still affects over 50% of children, often making the school meal the only balanced food they receive all day. We know from experience that when a child isn't hungry, they attend school more regularly, concentrate better, and their grades soar often reaching the top 10% in the country.
Will you help us kick-start this new chapter? We are relaunching our feeding program to reach these new communities, and we are inviting our most dedicated past supporters to help us get it off the ground.

By donating today, you aren’t just providing a bowl of rice or a piece of fruit; you are providing the foundation for a child’s entire future.
Thank you for being part of our journey for the last 20 years. We couldn’t be more thrilled to be back in Guatemala, and we hope you’ll join us as we start this new chapter of impact.
