Dear donor, thank you for helping us ensure that all children and young people receive the quality education they deserve.
We want to share some great news with you about our upcoming School of Opportunities. As you already know, every summer we help bridge the gap for more than 250 children from complex socio-economic backgrounds. We do this by providing them with educational support in Language and Mathematics at our School of Opportunities.
What you may not know is that, in order to make this possible, we carefully select young professionals each year who want to give a social purpose to their careers. We train them for two years, not only to become the best teachers possible but also to make an impact on the education system, ensuring equal opportunities for all children.
These professionals begin their training with us at the School of Opportunities. They are dedicated teachers who set high expectations for the 250 students we welcome each summer.
The great news we wanted to share with you is related to this. This year, we will be selecting 50 new professionals. We are very excited to tell you that we have already selected 20 of them—professionals like Nahla Alkhatib, a Chemist, and Mikel Fernández, a Energy Engineer. Both have decided to dedicate their careers to educational equity by training with us.
With your contribution, you support the training of these educators who make a significant difference in the classroom and work to ensure that all children receive a quality education, regardless of their socioeconomic background.
Our School of Opportunities is about to begin, and we can’t wait to share all the progress with you!
