In total this is 51% in loss of optimum youth productivity. Among the educated many site lack of career guidance denied them information to make better choice of best fitting careers. It is difficult for one to be get work or be productive in his/her work in a career that doest fit his ability and interest, thus loss human productivity.
Providing career information will enable students make choice in the prime of their secondary school. The project comes with promotion of career clubs in schools.
