Here is a polished, donor-friendly, emotionally engaging version of your report. The content is the same, but the tone and flow have been strengthened to inspire and acknowledge your supporters:
Dear Donors and Friends,
Warm greetings from India!
We are delighted to share with you the progress of the Seeing is Believing Project, a mission that continues to restore sight, dignity, and hope to thousands of people in need.
We are excited to announce that our eye bank is now fully functional—a significant milestone that has been made possible because of your generous support. To build awareness and promote eye donation, we have launched a special campaign that actively involves local community members, leaders, and influencers. Their participation has created a powerful movement, helping us bring people together for this noble cause.
We are encouraged to see that senior citizen groups and local clubs are now taking interest in eye donation and have begun pledging their support. With growing community engagement, we aim to register 4,000 individuals who pledge to donate their eyes—ensuring the gift of sight continues to illuminate lives for generations by 2027
Another major initiative we are proud to share is our special project for school-going children. Our goal is to screen 10,000 children studying in primary and secondary schools across rural areas of Ahmedabad and Bharuch districts. Our technical team is conducting on-site eye screenings in schools, ensuring that early detection and treatment of vision issues happen without delay.
So far, we have held 30 school camps, and 3,208 students have received detailed vision assessments. Children requiring minor treatment were attended to immediately at the camp, while those needing specialized care were referred to our eye hospital—ensuring no child is left behind.
We are also humbled and proud to share the broader impact of this reporting period:
13,903 patients received treatment in our eye hospitals
18,531 individuals were assessed during community outreach eye camps
2,183 cataract surgeries were performed free of cost, restoring vision and bringing hope back into people’s lives
Each number represents a life touched, a future restored, and a family uplifted—and this has been possible only because of your continued belief in our mission.
Thank you for helping us bring the gift of sight to those who need it most.
We look forward to your ongoing support as we continue this life-changing work.
With sincere gratitude,
