Send 350 Girls to School in Ghana for a Year

After close to 4 months in school, next week Friday, the public schools will be on vacation and students will be at home for 3 weeks which afford them the time to relax and reflect on their past academic activities, and plan for the future. 

However, the economic challenges glaring in every corner of Ghana and making things difficult for everyone, inflation with over 40%, fuel and transportation charges killing business, food prices and other essentials are at their peak causing families to deliberately abandoned their responsibilities and pushing school children to help fend for the family. There is an extreme fear that parents and guardians will be forced to push their girl children to the child, early and forced marriages and this will deny many of these girls their right to education.

It is with this above concern that, we urge you all to support our project to help maintain and increase the number of girls back to school when schools reopened in January next year.

Girls' education should be the concern of all and sundry no matter where you are and your little contribution can help salvage the plight of many girls in Ghana and restore the hope of becoming who they want to be in life. 

We cannot afford to lose half of our girls to irresponsible husbands who don't know the benefit of humanity. The well-being of a girl child is a concern and we need your absolute support.
