With donations from our beloved donors for "Send an orphan to school for a year in Rumbek project", Community Peace Initiative Organization was able to identified and enrolled 5 orphans into primary school. The five (5) orphans were two (2) girls and three (3) boys of age 5-12 years old.
The orphans are now able to attend their classes with great hopes and determinations. With the Funds raised through GlobalGiving platform, we were able to facilitated the payment of school fees, bought exercise books, school uniforms, school bags and other essential scholastic materials for their studies.
"I was not hoping to go to school since I don't have a father and a mother", said little John. The enrolled orphans thanked the beloved donors for the bold decision to send them to school through their financial support.
The orphans are filled with much joy and happiness for being able to go to school. Seeing such wonder faces of these children with great joy and hopes for a better future for them, I continue appealing to our beloved donors and the well wishers to continue supporting these orphans as their journey in education has just began. Their future is relaying on your humble support to them.
