The Chicuchas Wasi School month of December is full of joyful activity: holiday celebrations, graduation of our 6th grade class - moving next to a public co-ed high school, CW Alumnae Girls join the CW holiday spirit, the CW bakery is turning out Xmas cookies for everyone. Of course we have final exams as well. CW school year ends tomorrow. Final image of happy girls.

Chicuchas Wasi School for Girls had a jaw-dropping surprise visit from a Cusco tour company bearing gifts, one for every girl. Dr. Alejandro (CW school psychologist) was behind the surprise and helped organize it with the company. Everyone was taken by surprise when they drove into the school with a Feliz Navidad y HO HO HO

The CW annual fundraising campaign began on Giving Tuesday - Dec. 3. and continues to the year-end - and will give you a tax benefit.THANK YOU FOR DONATING to educate GIRLS.

CW 2019 School year ends tomorrow for summer. The new year will start next March 2020 for schools in Peru. Party activities take the stage now along with the holiday cookie making by the Bakery school girls and our returning alumnae girls, seen with Ruth, for the party. Our Alumnae girls at the University and in Vocational College are taking their finals the last few days of this school year so will come late. The 6th grade Honor Guard passes the torch to the 5th grade for 2020 seen in photo.

Our 2020 campaign to raise the $143,000. annual budget for the CW 2020 school year has raised almost $45,000 of the 2020 budget. But, there is still time for that tax benefit, so please do remember the CW girls between now and new year's eve.
