It is difficult to imagine what is a nursery school in a remote rural village in Burkina Faso.
To give some ideas we have made a short video of the nursery school of the village of Nefrelaye.
The village of Nefrealye is at about 65 km from the city of Bobo Dioulasso. It is quiet remote and the nursery school has opened 8 years ago has changed a little bit the mentality of the villagers.
First af all that small children can learn and ask questions. Most of the time, small children have to keep quiet in front of adults and never asked questions.
Also hygiene has become important. Children have to come with a clean uniform at the school and they have to wash their hands before entering the class, before earing and when coming back from the toilets. Those habits influence the whole family who also improve their hygiene.
The nursery school project is one of the best we have realised. We have now 5 opened and we are planning to opened a new one in 2018. We are still missing some funds for it.
Hope you will enjoy the video.
Thank you for yoru continuous support.
