We have come to the end of the school year 2020-2021. . This school year was not disturbed by the COVID 19.
Children like to show their parents what they have learned during the year. This is done during a closing ceremony.
I am always impressed about what can learn a small child. They are coming directly from their family, speaking only their local language also mall children in rural areas do not talk to elders. In one year they learn to speak in French and become much more opened, daring to ask question to adults.
This is only a one year school for 5 years old, but it will help them a lot going into primary education. It will also help the teachers of primamry school who will receive "educated" pupils.
parents of some of the 6 villages where we have nusrsery schools have understood the importance of early learning for children, but at least 2 still have problem to send their kids to the school. Some of the problem is coming from the director of the school who are not communicating well with the population. We will make some changes for the coming school year.
