Thank you—we can’t say it enough. The impact of Winter Storm Elliot was devastating for many communities, especially in western New York state where it led to nearly 40 deaths. Erie County, including the city of Buffalo, was hit particularly hard.
Your generous support of the Winter Storm Elliott Relief Fund powered a flexible, trust-based grant to Feed Buffalo. The organization provided much-needed relief and aid to individuals and families affected by the winter storm in the form of food, drinking water, and other essential groceries. This included making deliveries to areas that were snowed in and difficult to reach.
This fund is no longer accepting donations, and this will be the last fund report of this kind from our team.
