Sisterhood Agenda is excited to announce the acquisition of a new beautiful green space in Durham, North Carolina. As many of you know, Sisterhood Agenda first opened its doors in Durham, North Carolina in 1994, so we are coming full circle back to our roots and back to new healthy and empowered beginnings!
Self-development, sisterhood bonding, yoga, cooking demonstrations, nature trails, it’s all there.
Sisterhood Agenda plans to use the location (over six acres) for several program initiatives, in addition to SHE: Sisters, Healthy and Empowered. It is a richly tranquil and magical spot for self-development and finding your peace. So, it’s great for Sister Circles, A Journey Toward Womanhood, and SisterCamp, too.
We just held our Back-to-School Clothing Giveaway for women, girls, and families in Baltimore County, Maryland on August 6, 2022 We gave away over 500 NEW items worth over $32,000, including three laptop computers. Thank you, especially to our youth team members who worked hard to make this day a blessing for everyone who came.
Education, support, and empowerment are "our thing." So, resource-sharing and helping other agencies succeed is an important part of how we all serve with greatness.
