Introducing Our New Self-Care and Safety Guide

By Angela D Coleman | Founder and President

Self-Care and Safety Guide for Women
Self-Care and Safety Guide for Women

At Sisterhood Agenda, we believe that holistic health is a fundamental right for every woman and girl. As we continue our mission to uplift and empower through education, support, and advocacy, we are proud to announce the publication of our newest resource: the Self-Care and Safety Guide for Women.

This timely and practical guide is designed to support women and girls at all stages of life. Whether you are navigating a difficult season, seeking emotional or spiritual healing, pursuing justice, or simply trying to regain balance, this guide offers real tools for self-care, safety, and healing.

The message is clear: self-care and safety are not luxuries.  They are non-negotiable requirements for well-being and survival.

Violence against women and girls remains one of the most urgent public health crises of our time. It affects us physically, emotionally, spiritually, and socially. That’s why this guide isn’t just helpful. It’s essential.

The Self-Care and Safety Guide for Women provides empowering, easy-to-follow strategies for staying safe, setting boundaries, and prioritizing your health. These are lessons that all ages can learn and benefit from, reinforcing the value of compassion and care for oneself and others.

Healing is not a straight path. It is often full of ups and downs. But you do not have to go through it alone. At Sisterhood Agenda, we are committed to walking this path with you.

Sisterhood Agenda's  Self-Care and Safety Guide for Women is a comprehensive and supportive resource, reminding every woman and girl that you are the most important person in your life, and you are worth protecting.

The Self-Care and Safety Guide for Women is available now and can be downloaded with a donation of any amount. Your support helps us continue this vital work for the wellness and empowerment of our global sisterhood.

Together, we continue to rise.  Thank you for your support.

In the Spirit of Sisterhood,
Angela D. Coleman, MBA, CNM
