Dear Donors,
We sincerely thank the donor who has supported the Shelter & Food for Civilians in Torit, South Sudan project. Your compassion toward people affected by violence and displacement is deeply appreciated. However, the donation received so far is still not enough to begin the planned emergency support.
In Torit, many families continue to face harsh conditions due to ongoing conflict. Access to food, shelter, and basic care remains limited, leaving women, children, and other vulnerable individuals at serious risk.
Without immediate assistance, many are forced to seek refuge in overcrowded spaces with little or no supplies. Hunger and unsafe living conditions continue to affect their survival and well-being.
This project is designed to provide safe shelter, meals, and basic support through a local parish already assisting displaced civilians. It aims to offer protection and relief to those who have lost their homes and means of survival.
With proper support, families can find safety, receive food, and begin to recover from the impact of violence and displacement.
We are grateful for the support already received and remain hopeful that additional contributions will make it possible to begin providing this urgent assistance.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
