Women skill training
Vocational Training is an innovative initiative of AHD as it imparts market driven technical skills to the underprivileged rural community and empower them economically. The major factor of unemployment and lack women entrepreneurship is less access to financial capital and has limited opportunities to gain education, knowledge, and skills that can lead to economic advancement. To increase access of employment and entrepreneurial opportunities, AHD has provided thousands of trainings to young women. It is aimed at improving the economic condition of women and youths for a better life. Vocational training typically includes development of technical capacity, entrepreneurship, and business skills. In first quarter from February 2019 to May 2019 “60” young girls get training from AHD sewing centers that were in Village “Rawto Kholi”, Khamoon Mallah” & Village “Mawji pateal”.
