Dear Donors,
Greetings,
Over the past year, Darfur Women Network has supported women and children whoselives have been negatively impacted by decades of conflict in Darfur. Our Family Social Services and Women’s Economic Empowerment Programs, enable families toovercome poverty, adapt means of sustainable development, and empower women to improve their livelihood. We have been helping the women through our soap making project which helped the Darfuri women gain leadership skills and have become empowered to impact their communities. DWN established two offices in Darfur and conducted three soap making workshops for 27 women who come from various refugee camps in Darfur.
The Darfur women network needs your support to provide necessary tools and
resources to keep our project running. This will directly benefit women in Darfur, Sudan and will support our empowerment programs.
