The SOAR Project is designed to provide meals, hygiene packages, and school supplies for children in low income communities. Youths face barriers including a lack of access to meal sites, insufficient program awareness, and limited resources when schools are closed. Therefore our foundation will work with the community to provide these resources for our children this summer.
Families living in low income areas are affected by lack of access to healthy meals, basic hygiene products, and basic resources. Their needs don't stop in the summertime when school administrators are not able to observe their inadequacy.
Our foundation will meet the needs of these families that rely on school meals to feed their children and provide basic resources to assist with everyday living.
Our goal is to raise awareness about the importance of summer meals and basic resources for low income families in our community.
