Dear Donors,
Thank you for your interest in the Soccer + Life Skills for Orphans & Vulnerable Youth project. At this time, no donations have been received, so the planned activities have not yet begun.
In areas such as Nyanya, Karu, Jikwoyi, Kurudu, Karshi, and Orozo, many young people continue to face daily exposure to crime, street violence, and negative peer influence. Without safe spaces and structured activities, they remain at risk of being drawn into harmful behavior.
Limited access to guidance, mentorship, and positive engagement leaves many without direction. This affects their confidence, decision-making, and chances of building a stable future.
This project is designed to create safe community spaces where young people can take part in soccer training and life skills sessions. Through regular engagement, they will learn teamwork, discipline, conflict handling, and healthy habits.
With the right support, these activities can help keep young people engaged, reduce exposure to street risks, and guide them toward better choices.
We appreciate your time in learning about this effort and remain hopeful that support will come so this program can begin and reach young people who need it most.
Sincerely,
Ugbede-Ojo Dominic Kadiri
