Social Housing for struggling women in Milan

The GlobalGiving project continues to have a very positive impact on the Tuendelee's Social Housing program: families and children are the direct beneficiaries of fundraising and in recent months we have achieved important objectives. The work of the Tuendelee's educators, of Aleimar and of the partner organizations continues in a concrete and increasingly synergistic manner, to guarantee an increasingly solid territorial network for the families that the project supports every day.

From January 2018 to today two families have successfully completed the Social, moving to a new home: the output of these two families was followed by Tuendelee to ensure stable and lasting autonomy for parents and children, concluding the personalized project started at the time of their arrival.

In March, a new family was welcomed with great affection and joy: together with the children of entertained families we created colorful and friendly welcome designs. It was a very important moment that allowed the newcomers to know the educators and other families of the project.

On this occasion, a music therapy project started, with the involvement of a volunteer who donated his time and his musical skills to the children of the Housing project, involving them with some drum lessons. The project of music therapy has given very positive results: the children have shown interest, participate and positively stimulated in their creativity.
