Dear Project Supporters,
We greatly appreciate your support, which is helping bring light to students who have no electricity. 15 students received solar lights from Bethel Primary School Pentagon, including Alhaji and Aminata pictured here. The students from Bethel Primary School Pentagon were directly impacted by the heavy floods in Aug 2017.
Most of these students' families lost their homes and belongings and are still slowly rebuilding their lives since the flood and mudslide. All 15 children and their families were very thankful for the solar lights they received. You can see the children who received solar lights express their thanks in the photo below.
Please join us in continuing to provide solar power and technology to more students in need in Sierra Leone. You are making children's lives brighter and safer by your support. We encourage you to start a monthly recurring donation here. Even a few dollars a month will go a long way. Please also share this with your contacts and invite them to consider supporting this ongoing project.
If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at GlobalGiving@developafrica.org.
With great appreciation,
Amy & The Develop Africa Team
