Many medical Nigerian students in low-resource areas struggle to access textbooks, lectures, and research materials due to lack of digital tools and electricity. This project will provide 500 solar-powered tablets preloaded with medical textbooks and learning materials. The tablets will help students study anywhere, even without steady power. Solar charging kits will allow continued use in areas with no electricity. These tools will help them complete their training and serve communities better.
Many medical students lack digital devices for learning. They have no laptops or and no regular power for phones charge. Libraries are few, and most can't afford medical textbooks. This affects their training, research, and preparation for exams. Without tools, they graduate with gaps in their education.
It will give 500 students solar-powered tablets preloaded with books and lectures. Each tablet comes with a solar charger that works in off-grid areas. The tablets will allow them to read, take notes, and access learning apps. They can study anytime-day or night-without needing electricity. This setup will help them learn better and stay up to date.
Students will be better prepared to complete medical school. With stronger knowledge, they can give better care to patients. More students will be able to pass exams and graduate on time. Access to up-to-date materials can inspire confidence and growth. Subsequently, this project will help improve equitable healthcare in underserved areas.
