Project Title
Emergency Relief and Humanitarian Support for Vulnerable Families in South Sudan
Executive Summary
The South Sudan Crisis Relief Fund is a humanitarian initiative launched by Save life make difference to support communities severely affected by conflict, displacement, hunger, flooding, and economic instability in South Sudan.
Millions of people across South Sudan continue to face extreme hardship due to violence, food shortages, disease outbreaks, and lack of access to basic services. Families have been forced to flee their homes, children are suffering from malnutrition, and many communities lack clean water, shelter, and healthcare.
This project seeks to provide life-saving emergency assistance including food supplies, clean drinking water, temporary shelter, hygiene kits, medical support, and protection services for vulnerable women and children.
The project aims to raise $125,000 to directly assist displaced and crisis-affected populations.
Background and Problem Statement
South Sudan remains one of the world’s most fragile humanitarian situations. Years of conflict, climate disasters, and poverty have left communities struggling to survive. Thousands of families live in overcrowded camps or remote villages without reliable access to food, healthcare, education, or sanitation.
Women and children are the most affected. Many children suffer from severe malnutrition while mothers face increased risks of violence, disease, and displacement. Floods and insecurity have also destroyed crops and livelihoods, worsening hunger and dependency on humanitarian aid.
Without urgent support, vulnerable families risk starvation, disease outbreaks, and further displacement.
