Spay and Neuter Update:
We are thrilled to share that for this year already we are at OVER 2,500 Total ‘Fixes’ - just think of how many unwanted puppies and kittens have been prevented!
Family Island Clinics:
We are headed back to South Eleuthera at the end of October 28 - 30th. This will be our fourth clinic in Eleuthera for 2021.
East Street Pocket Update:
One of our amazing volunteers continues to focus on a very this densely populated section of Nassau between East Street and Nassau Street. This is a great area for us to hand out our educational colouring books, and we are also continuing our food assistance program.
Dog and Cat Population Household Study:
From June to September we conducted a household survey in order to get a rough estimate of the number of dogs and cats in New Providence. It was also a great educational opportunity and we handed out a door knob hanger so more people would be aware of Baark! We also distributed food on our walk abouts. We are waiting for the results of the study.
The MOBILE CLINIC:
We have been working SUPER hard on the planning and preparation of the mobile clinic arriving in the first quarter of 2022. We have finalized the design which we are very proud to share with you!!!
Thank you again for taking the time to donate to Baark !
