Respected Donor,
Greetings from SERUDS
Thank you for all your kind generous support for the underprivileged children through esteemed organization GlobalGiving.
The main goal to start these crèche centers are to provide basic non formal education through toys, play charts; to give nutritious diet, snacks to all the kids in day care centers. Kids age group is 1 to 6years. 3 care day care centers are running since 2009 for the deprived kids of working women in hazardous jobs. Children in the day care centers from 9am to 4pm. During this time care taker and teacher will take care of all the children. Each day care center consists of one teacher and one care taker. Teachers educate the children through play items, charts, toys, teaches alphabets, rhymes, songs, etc. Care Takers will take care of providing nutritious diet, snacks in time, and sanitation facilities for all the kids.
Due to poverty children parents are working in hazardous jobs like construction sites, market yards, tobacco beedi making establishments and they get meager income which is not at all sufficient for their household needs and children nutritious diet.
Hence SERUDS have been established 3 creche centers for the 90 plus children about 30 kids in each center. All the children getting nutritious food in the afternoon includes steamed cooked rice, sambar, seasonal pickle, thar dhal, fruits, biscuits, choclates, etc. Children are very active in study classes and indoor games. We are able to see the smile on the children faces. With your kind generous support only we are able to achieve our goals towards children development.
Thanking for your kind continuing support for this noble cause.
