Lingeswari is a soft and innocent growing girl child. She belongs to very poor family background and belongs to backward community. She is a very bright child in education among other class members. She is having very much interest in studies, she was willing to go school and study but her father didn’t allow her to go school before coming to our orphanage. Instead of going to school her father instructed her to stay back in the house only and do house hold activities and sometimes she needs to go along with her mother to sheep rearing in the agricultural fields. Father always drinks cheap liquor and he not at all bother the needs of the house. Due to harassment in the family Lingeswari mother attempted suicide and her neighbours rescued her. He always doesn’t bother about the family and four children. So her mother joined Lingeswari in Joy Home to see her daughter in great heights. Lingeswari mother is a TB patient. Sometimes her health will not allow her to work in the agricultural work or sheep rearing.
Updates:
Lingeswari is now studying in IX Standard English Medium in IGMM High School. She was 9 yrs girl child when she joined in the Orphanage. Now as a girl child she is very active in all activities her aim is to become Superintendent of Police (SP) as an IPS. We all support her, may her dream come true.
