Dear Project Supporters,

We greatly appreciate your generous support that is empowering small businesses in Sierra Leone with interest-free microfinance loans. These microfinance or microcredit loans give individuals a helping hand to start their businesses or to help them grow their existing businesses. This helps parents set up small businesses that will empower them to take care of the basic needs of their homes and children.

Mariatu & Isatu were the two beneficiaries that recently received microfinance loans. The interest-free microfinance loan they received will help these mothers engage in small businesses that will provide food, lunch and other needs of their kids to ensure their continuity in school.  Isatu and Mariatu are both very thankful for the microfinance loans they received and promised to put the monies received into good use.

You are helping individuals like Isatu and Mariatu become self-sufficient and provide a better life for their families.   We encourage you to consider starting a monthly recurring donation here.  Even a few dollars a month will go a long way to give individuals a hand up in their businesses.  Please also share this with your contacts and invite them to consider supporting this ongoing project.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at GlobalGiving@developafrica.org.

With great appreciation,

Amy &The Develop Africa Team
