College Education Sponsorship for Poor students

Dear Donors and Friends,

Happy New Year 2024 to you from BASS, India!

We are very happy and grateful to you for your kind and generous continued donations to this project that sponsors the education needs of 13 poor students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your donations have made a huge difference in their lives and helped them pursue their dreams of higher education.

This project supports the costs of college fees, hostel fees, transportation, education material, and living expenses for students who are enrolled in various courses ranging from Intermediate to professional Graduation courses. These students are bright and talented, but they face many challenges due to poverty, family issues, or lack of resources. Without your help, they would not be able to continue their education and achieve their full potential.

We are happy to share with you the achievements of our students in the academic year 2022-23. All of them have successfully completed their courses and passed their exams with flying colors. Here are some highlights:

Four Intermediate students have promoted to the next year with above 80% marks and now two students admitted into Graduation courses include one girl joined in Computer Engineering course in Guntur and another girl also joined in B.Sc Nursing course in a reputed college in Guntur. One girl is going to appear her second year inter final exams in March 2024.

Two Engineering students have promoted to the second and third year respectively with 96% marks. One boy got 86% marks in second year first semester in Computer Science Engineering course and another one got average marks in third year first semester in Computer Science course.

Four Graduation students have passed their exams very well and promoted to next year studies.

Three Nursing course students have also successfully completed their second year and going to appear for their third year annual exams in March 2024. One three-year Nursing course girl already wrote her final year Nursing course recently.

We are very proud of their accomplishments and we hope you are too. They have worked hard and overcome many obstacles to reach this stage. They have also expressed their heartfelt gratitude to you for your kind and generous support. They say that you have given them hope and confidence for the future.

However, there are more number of poor students who need our support to complete their higher education. The current academic year 2023-24 is at the last quarter and we need to raise funds for their college fees, hostel fees, transportation, and education material. One student needs at least $800 to $1400 for one academic year depending on the course they are studying. We have received only $770 since September 2023. Thank you so much for your previous donations.
