Dear Friends and Supporters,
Greetings and Warm Wishes from the BASS Team,
As we step into 2026, we extend our heartfelt greetings and best wishes to you.
We are immensely grateful for your steadfast support over the past three years. This initiative to help poor students access higher education in top-tier colleges has flourished because of your kindness. Currently, 17 deserving students from underprivileged backgrounds are pursuing their dreams thanks to your generosity.
We are thrilled to share some remarkable success stories from our program. Our students, Masthanbi and Asha, have successfully completed their B.Sc. in Nursing with first-class honors! Both have already secured employment, serving as a great source of pride and a shining example of what this program can achieve. Additionally, another student has finished his B.Tech. in Computer Science and is currently interviewing for professional roles.
Our current students continue to excel academically:
A bright young woman completed her second year of Computer Engineering with excellent grades and is now balancing her third-year studies with a professional internship.
One student has moved into his final year of B.Tech. in Computer Science after achieving an impressive 90% score in his third year; he has also secured a valuable internship.
A dedicated nursing student is finishing her second year of B.Sc. Nursing and is preparing for her final exams before being promoted to her third year.
Eight girls from impoverished backgrounds are finishing their second year of Intermediate studies (MEC, MPC, and HEC groups). They are preparing for their final board exams in February and March 2026, with plans to pursue Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, and Degree courses.
We have also welcomed two new students into Intermediate first-year studies at a local college, providing them with the foundational support they need.
As we enter the final quarter of the 2025-26 academic year, we are also looking toward the future. We have identified seven new students, currently in 10th grade, who are hoping for support to begin their Intermediate studies in June 2026.
However, we face a significant challenge. Between September and December 2025, our project received only $58 in donations.
With the annual cost per student ranging from $800 to $1,400, we are in urgent need of funds to sustain our current students and admit those on our waiting list.
Every donation, no matter the size, makes a life-changing difference. We invite you to consider setting up a monthly donation to ensure these students have the stability they need to graduate. Your support is the bridge between their current hardships and a bright, professional future.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued kindness and belief in these young miracles.
With heartfelt thanks,
The BASS Team
