The objective of this project is to promote education by funding little humanitarian initiatives that can create a huge impact on the lives of the poor communities in Pakistan. AWARD Pakistan is officially leading the generosity driven campaign "Giving Tuesday" and want to promote it all across the country. Under this campaign, more than 100 of volunteer initiatives have signed up. In 1 year, the campaign have resulted in thousands of families/communities being fed, helped and sensitized.
The youth (65% of the total population of Pakistan) is all up to bring positive change in the behaviors of the society. Hundreds of the humanitarian initiatives have been started by the youth in the last decade, to educate and to help the poor communities in need. Education is one of the most important element for Pakistan to progress in right direction. There is a need for a back up support that can influence, motivate and help these local initiatives to contribute in promoting education.
The project's mission is to initiate a funding pool to help local initiatives, to continue working towards the sustainable development of the communities and to promote education through their initiatives. The fund will help these local initiatives in managing their projects, capacity building, moving into communities, formulating networking and promoting education so that they could effectively help.
1-Education Local initiatives will be strengthened. 2- More school dropout/poor children will be enrolled in the primary schools 3. Communities will get benefited through these initiatives. 3- Generosity over all , will be promoted and practiced 4-Youth will realize the SDG's and will work to achieve them in great passion.
