The purpose of the project is to hep the unreached communites in Pakistan by helping out small youth volunteer initiatives. Giving Tuesday pakistan under the supervision of AWARD Pakistan has linked up with 50 volunteer initiatives and non profits that are working to promote generosity among their social circles. The campaign has managed to spread itself in the 15 major cities of Pakistan.
Whether its a beach clean up drive, park clean up drive, blood donation, COVID-19 food relief support, stationary drive, helping the orphanage, hospital visits, supporting the local businesses, heling a needy family, etc. The Giving Tuesday campaign has it all . Now to make the movement sustainable and keep going, we would like to request all the supoporters to help us in this regard.
The activities done during the last quarter are
1) 3 clean up drives in Islamabad in the public parks by Waste Hero initiative .
2) Distribution of blankets to the poor famililes to save themselves from cold by Make A Difference
3) Blood Donation Camp by Heroes for life Karachi
AS the Giving Tuesday is approaching on Dec 01, 2020. We are encouraging more people to join the giving. For that the campaign require funds to promote itself on social and digital channels. Therefore we request all our supporters to help us in this regard.
