As part of the Giving Tuesday Pakistan campaign, AWARD Pakistan organized a vibrant youth engagement activity focused on the 3Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, right in front of a popular supermarket. The event aimed to raise awareness among young people and shoppers about environmental responsibility and everyday sustainable choices.
Interactive stalls, posters, and creative displays highlighted how individuals can minimize waste, repurpose items, and contribute to a cleaner planet. Volunteers distributed eco-friendly bags and engaged passersby in short quizzes and discussions on plastic pollution, responsible consumption, and the impact of small actions on the environment.
Youth participants enthusiastically led the activity, encouraging others to pledge simple lifestyle changes. The event not only educated but also empowered young people to become environmental advocates within their communities.
