Dear donor,
we are so happy to inform you that we have reached the final goal of our donations for this year's Ramadan emergency relief!
With your help, together with our Afghan partner organisation Organization of Afghan Support (OASE), we were able to provide 300 families from Mazar-e Sharif with food parcels that secure food for two to three months. Thank you so much!
Even with the good news however, we still rely on your support. Afghanistan is experiencing the largest humanitarian crisis in the world. 95 % of the population is endangered by food insecurity or malnutrition to an unprecedented degree (UN OCHA). That is because of the economic collapse, the deterioration of the finance and health sector, extreme droughts and international sanctions after the Taliban took power.
Therefore, we are grateful for any donation that helps us to contribute to a sustainable positive development of the country. In this context, we'd also be very happy if you shared our work with your colleagues or family and friends!
If you want to stay informed about the developments in Afghanistan as well as about our other projects, feel free to follow us on Instagram.
Thank you very much and all the best. :)
Celine
