Greetings Friends,
Thank you once again for having donated towards this project in the past.
Your support is a great encouragement for our team as we seek to establish this project that will impact children from disadvantaged backgrounds (slums and informal settlements) by giving them support and access to the world of Science, Technology and Maths. We intend to prepare young people from grade 10 or grade 11 for university by providing them with tutoring in the STEM subjects. This tutoring assistance helps bridge the gap betwen them and those in better resourced schools.
As it stands we are still in the preliminary stages of fundraising and call upon you to once again extend your generosity by donating towards this project. You may take a further step and tell your friends about it. Better still, you could volunteer or recruit someone who can volunteer to teach the children. All these will go a long way in making a positive difference in the lives of these children, giving them hope in seemingly hopeless situations. With your kind support, we will have much more to report on in our next report.
