MAKAIA completed the training of 6 women passionate about technology and programming. They went through an intensive 8-week training (200 hours) in which they acquired and enhanced junior skills FrontEnd or BackEnd. In addition to soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, assertive communication and agile methodologies in design thinking that will allow them to connect with the labor market.

The courses were designed according to the needs of the technology sector, with which we seek to support and articulate our young participants in the achievement of their first job.

In technical training, our participants developed skills for the creation, design and programming of applications and websites, standing out as Frontend and Backend developers. Our goal is to achieve a group of only women by 2020, with a gender approach that allows women to step through the IT industry and stand out for their skills and talents in technology.
