Many young girls in Tanzania and Sub-Saharan Africa face poverty, unemployment, and limited education opportunities. Economic hardship forces some girls into transactional sex and unsafe relationships. This increases HIV infection rates, gender violence, and school dropouts among young women. Lack of business skills and startup capital limits their ability to earn safe income.Communities continue to suffer from poverty, disease, and inequality
The project will provide entrepreneurship training, financial literacy, and vocational business skills to young girls.Participants will receive mentorship, HIV prevention education, and support to start small businesses.Training areas include tailoring, food vending, beauty services, farming, and digital business skills. Small startup grants and savings groups will help girls become financially independent.Community awareness programs will promote girls' empowerment and HIV prevention.
Young girls will gain stable income and reduce dependence on unsafe sexual activities.Communities will experience lower HIV infection rates and improved economic resilience.Girls will become entrepreneurs, role models, and leaders in their communities.Families will benefit from increased household income and improved education opportunities.
