JOS, PLATEAU STATE, NIGERIA AT THE ZAMBIRI CHILDREN OUTREACHED CENTRE IN JULY 2018.
Time Out 4Africa Education and sports foundation continues to impact children in all parts of the county. Providing kids with support on learning life skills that will help them once they finish school.The Zambiri children outreach center is home to underprivileged kids from the Jos metropolitan area in the northern part of Nigeria, where in the last few years has been a hot spot in the country for the religious unrest . In October 2014, our foundation through your donation was able to donated 4 sewing machines to the center and also 6 Barbering kits to help the kids in acquiring sewing skills and training to become Barbers. Kids in the center were from all ages ,ranging from ages 5 till 17.Over 30 kids were present for the program.
Some days ago our project leader in Jos, Mrs.Briggs visited the kids in the program. She was so happy to inform us that the kids are doing great. Tailors and Barbers in training.
Helen who is now 16 year old is in her senior year in secondary school still lives with the Bishops wife is pursuing her passion for fashion design .She is still enrolled in the sewing classes and doing great. She promised to make a dress for the project leader.
