You're weighing in for Blacks!

By Kenita Smith | President/CEO & Founder

YOU ARE WEIGHING IN AND EMPOWERING THE BLACK COMMUNITY!

We are thrilled to highlight the transformative impact your support has had on the black community. Our recent graduates, 95% of whom are Black Americans, have not only achieved their educational aspirations but are also driving positive change in their neighborhoods.

By obtaining degrees and stepping into the workforce, these graduates are contributing to a significant decrease in public assistance by $686,000 this spring alone. This financial liberation is crucial in breaking the cycle of dependency and creating avenues for sustainable growth.

The effects ripple through generations. As these empowered parents secure better employment opportunities, they set inspiring examples for their children. Education becomes a family value, and aspirations are reignited. This cascading effect helps build a stronger foundation for the Black community's future.

Furthermore, your generous contributions have not only enabled education but also fostered self-belief and determination. These qualities are vital in overcoming systemic challenges and empowering individuals to overcome adversity.

The positive impact extends beyond economics. By showcasing the potential within the Black community, you are challenging stereotypes and erasing boundaries. These graduates are becoming role models, proving that with support and determination, remarkable achievements are possible.

Your dedication to education is shaping a brighter future for Black Americans. Through education, you are opening doors, breaking barriers, and making a lasting impact on individuals, families, and the community as a whole.

Thank you for being the catalyst of change and for sharing in our commitment to uplift and empower the Black community.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Kenita Smith, BBA, MBA, MA
