Support for Changes livelihood of Disabled Women

Women and girls with disabilities is one of the most underprivileged, Disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in the community. Always they are looked down upon, neglected and deprived of most of their basic human rights.  During the reporting period we are briefing story of Aklima. She is Physical handicapped women with wheel Chair user in her community. She lives in remote area of Jamalpur district in Bangladesh and comes from poor family. She lives within her parents. Parents cannot provide to her improvement due to her poor financial condition. Aklima has facings many problems in her life and meet up with brave to ongoing problems. Never has she stopped to her life now she is graduates. In her Locality she is received tailoring training with hand machine from the others with our advocacy.

Now she has needed a sewing machine and others materials for carry to job from her house. Now she is wants to earning from her expertise and performance is family reducing economic burdens. Aklima and her parents are thinking that proships provided training is helpful and now need assisted started to earn from sewing machine and started entrepreneurship in her local area. She wants to support for contribute free from poverty in her family and she have a healthier life in her family.

If we bring the rural disabled women and girls under development services and are found much effective in the rural areas. In this issue we have need to implements development activities with collective efforts, like as skill training, IGAs training and small support or assistance for development of Disabled women & adolescent girls and they will earn for themselves. Beside if we provide the basic knowledge and awareness to her and others on reproductive and sexual health. So build their knowledge family life and skills on Income Generating activities. Educate and inform them about safety measures to avoid social risks and family life. She is enjoying fulfill life independently. Overall health and gender empowerment will be ensured to create a healthier society.

Finally we are apologies to donors for support to her and others. We hope collective efforts make sure to her development and believe comes to support us for 100 Women, adolescent girls’ primary beneficiaries of the project will get support and they will empower and educate on reproductive sexual health and family Life. They will be physically and emotionally capable to lead a successful life.

                           Wants donation to her improve livelihood

Rokeya  is a 40 year old women  who has high ambitions and  with dreams to involved and earned money from  Cow farming  one day. She has a physical disability.  She lives in the rural village of Jalmalpur in Northern Bangladesh.

Rokeya is lives in poor family and only earning member of the family .She have a small hut. Disabilities is one of the most underprivileged, Disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in the community.  She is one of the beneficiaries our organization and she is most  vulnerable and she always looked down upon, neglected and deprived of most of their basic human rights in the family. She is faces hard core poverty.  To bring the rural disabled adolescents girls & women under development services are found much effective in the rural areas. In this issues we want to find out individually sponsor for her implements Cow farming in house and given support for its development. She will earn from and, economic burdens of the families will reduce.

Around 100 Women & Adolescent Girls with Disabilities will empowered and would be able to have a healthier life and she will well informed about internal and external threats of life and future challenges. Her dignity will increase in their family, society, they are enjoying fulfill life independently.

Finally we are request kind attention our supporters/ donors for support to her and hope collectively support will help to our project women and adolescents girls for changes their livelihood.
